What’s Next?
There are four simple steps to the process.
- To start, simply CLICK HERE and tell us about your situation. From the information you provide – in the strictest confidence, of course – we will make an initial assessment of how we can help you. We’ll then get right back to you, usually within 24 hours.
- If our initial assessment feels right to you, then we’ll arrange a visit to the property, at a time to suit you. As well as looking around the property, we’ll also discuss your situation in more detail, look at the options open to you, and make you a firm offer. You then choose what to do in your own time – there’ll be no pressure from us.
- If you decide to work with us, then we’ll arrange to have a survey and valuation done at the property – entirely at our cost. We’ll also ensure that you have a solicitor lined up who can work quickly. If you don’t have a solicitor, we can recommend one to you. And we’ll pay their fees on your behalf, too!
- We will then look to exchange and complete on the sale as soon as we can. This generally takes 4-6 weeks, but in urgent cases (such as imminent repossession), it is possible to complete a sale in a day or two.
